I am a public health practitioner driven by a deep commitment to listening to and learning from people and communities. My work focuses on developing practical, people-centered strategies for health and care systems, with a strong emphasis on meaningful engagement to ensure services are integrated around the lived experiences and needs of individuals and communities. I have contributed to the institutionalization of key flagship initiatives under the National Health Mission, including the ASHA program, and supported the design and implementation of Ayushman Bharat’s Health and Wellness Centres—India’s most recent primary health care reform. My expertise lies in qualitative research and applying human-centered design to co-create health solutions rooted in real-world experiences. I also work on public health leadership training, institutional strengthening, and implementation research.
